HR Officer at LG

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible and organised HR Officer to support the Employee Engagement Manager and Operations functions. This is a full-time position based in the Trust’s HR/Reception Office which could involve movement between Trust sites.
Applicants will have experience of working in a school administration role and must have the ability to organise and prioritise a multitude of tasks effectively. The role is diverse; and includes assisting and supporting with the implementation of the Trust’s new HR recruitment and management information system.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and G Suite is essential, you should have a flexible approach to the working day and an ability to work with discretion and confidentiality. You should be wiling to grow into the role and have a commitment to your own continued professional development.
